Pulls your units, load, consumer type and this month’s exact FPA/QTA rates from your latest bill. Use either the 14-digit reference number or the 10-digit customer ID printed on it — DISCOs re-issue reference numbers, the customer ID stays the same. The number goes to our fetcher only — we never store it. Your numbers and the figures from those bills are saved on this device only, so later visits load straight from them without another lookup, until next month’s bill is due. Several connections can be saved and picked from a list.
Protected = 6-month average ≤ 200 units. Cross 200 in a month and that month bills as unprotected.
On your bill as “Sanctioned/Connected Load”. Fixed charges are Rs/kW of this.
Affects the minimum monthly charge (Rs 75 / 150).
A sanctioned load of 5 kW or more is billed Time-of-Use, not on the usual slabs: peak units cost Rs 46.85 and off-peak Rs 34.53. Your meter records the two separately — this share is only an assumption until you set it from your bill.

FPA and QTA change every month/quarter — copy the figures from your latest bill for best accuracy. Note: your DISCO bills FPA with a ~2-month lag, on that month's units, so the FPA line on your real bill may differ when usage swings month to month.
